Therapeutic Massage and Body Work 

Mary's hand-on sessions offer attention to specific areas of your body which are experiencing pain or limited movement.  Mary's focus is on long- term recovery.  This differs from commercial massage which is geared towards relaxation.  60 minutes: $60.00     90 minutes: $85.00


Mary provides the following techniques to aid in your recovery:


Myofascial Release

A safe and effective approach that involves applying sustained light pressure to "myofascial" connective tissue to ease restrictions, eliminate pain and increase range of motion.


Cranio-Sacral Therapy

This gentle technique focuses on the cranio-sacral system to release tension deep in the body, relieving pain and dysfunction, improves whole-body health and performance.


Somatic Archaeology

Focuses on the mind-body connection by exploring generational patterns of life experiences to remove barriers to healing.


Essential Living Course (co-taught with Nicole Lamb, CNM, MSN)

This course escorts our members into the driver's seat of their lives' natural rhythms, joy and ideal body weight.  "Essential Living" is a 8-week course merging Ayurveda, Yogic Philosophy and behavioral science.  During 60- minute classes we will explore your eating, sleeping, self-care and relationship skill building.  You also receive 30- minutes of individual consultation on a weekly basis.   Course: $320.00  


Core/Pelvic Floor Yoga

This program helps women with incontinence and other diagnoses to improve their pelvic floor health.  Mary works with local midwives to provide comprehensive individual programs.  


Pilates/Yoga Six-Pack

6-sessions pkg:  Mary uses Pilates & Yoga to analyze your specific movement patterns and build body awareness.  With enhanced body awareness, you develop building blocks to prevent injury and increase your strength, flexibility and vitality.  6 pkg: $180.00     60 minutes: $40.00


Group Yoga Classes

Group classes are offered August through June, Tuesday, from Noon to 1:00 at Mind Your Body Studio.
